The Catalan designer Eugeni Quitllet was born on 17th April 1972 in Ibiza. He graduated from 'La Llotja' art school in Barcelona. He creates simple relationships between function and style, resulting in innovative design. Drawing on his interests in drawing, sculpture and contemporary archaeology, Quitllet literally reveals silhouettes hidden in the material: extremely visual skeletal objects, elegant masterfulness and emptiness, often with a touch of humor.
Through simple and curved silhouettes, which fit in an organic and natural way, the Love Chair is the perfect embodiment of the concept of love. The concept is a wonderful embellisher of everything that surround us, and the Love Chair is the same, with its fluid form that envelops the body and its unique seat cut-outs that make for easy transportation. Love is a chair that is durable, functional, and suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
