Lauri Oliver’s introduction into the design industry was purely happenstance, when a friend of hers opened their own furniture store and needed help running it. She caught the design bug and the rest was history. From then on, Lauri has accumulated 25 years of interior design experience and relishes in creating spaces that are beautiful, comfortable, and purposeful.

When working with Lauri, clients are wowed by her thoughtful, loyal, and attentive personality; these attributes allow her to completely connect with her clients to help them create spaces that are a true representation of their individuality and lifestyle. To Lauri, good design offers “plenty of layers of textures and patterns, and always good lighting.”

When looking for inspiration, you can find Lauri at the vast array of museums that the Washington DC area has to offer. “The Hirshhorn is my favorite and provides so much creative inspiration for me.” Another great source of inspiration for Lauri is now Cantoni, which provides her with just the right breadth of luxurious modern designs to exercise her creative genius and create something that is truly special and unique.
