Amy McFall
Design Consultant
Days off: Thursday & Friday
amcfall@cantoni.comWhen she was just 13, Amy found herself supporting the architect and the interior designer in charge of remodeling her parents’ home (she instinctively knew how to read blueprints and provided better ideas). While working alongside the designer on making furnishings selections, her career was born. “I loved every second of it – I had found my calling,” she says. “Now, at Cantoni, I get to do what I love and exercise my creativity every single day.”
Amy received a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of North Texas. She joined Cantoni in 2006, and has since been highly involved in the Houston art scene. Her love of art and design blend to form her imaginative and innovative style, which she applies toward devising unique spaces for her clients. “I love the challenge of creating individual environments that cater to my clients’ tastes and needs,” she says. “I’ve always found the collaborative process exciting – I listen, merge my expertise with their vision and strive to create a space that’s everything they imagined and more."
When in search of a fresh perspective, Amy simply steps outdoors. “Inspiration is everywhere,” she says. “You can find the most beautiful color combinations in animals, birds, plants, flowers, the earth, and sky. Beauty is abundant – all you have to do is look.”
