When Ken Cornell, Owner and Principal of Ocean Pacific Companies, approached Cantoni Designers Richard and Lauren to commission the design and furnishing of another one of his new ocean front homes, they knew they would be in for an exciting project.
Known for their “outside of the box” architecture, and prime location, Ocean Pacific Companies is changing the face of the ocean front in beautiful Mission Beach, California.
This particular home, named Santa Clara, is a three-level, awe-inspiring residence designed in collaboration with world renowned designer , Ken Ronchetti and Ocean Pacific Design .With 2,700 square feet of living space including four spacious bedrooms, four opulent baths, floor-to-ceiling retractable glass walls and two indoor/outdoor hot tubs, Santa Clara is the ultimate beach front residence.
Over the past 3 years, the designing-duo has completed furnishings and staging for over twenty, multimillion dollar beach front units for this client. This project, in particular, gave Richard and Lauren the chance to really showcase their design abilities. From space planning, all the way down to selecting the table settings, bedding and bath towels, they did it all. Ken wanted this home to be fully staged before they had their first open house, so the two stepped up to the plate and delivered the complete design package.
