Administrative Assistant (Dallas)
We are currently seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant to work full-time at our Dallas Corporate offices.

If you are focused, driven and want to get your foot in the door for an entry level position in a business environment then we would like to speak with you. At Cantoni, we offer a supportive fun environment and are looking for the right person to add to our corporate team. 

The Clerical\Admin Assistant will aid in three departments including HR, Executive Administration and Accounting.  This position’s main function is to assist each department by maintaining filing, aid in reporting, assist with data entry and any other overflow clerical duties as needed.  A high level on confidentiality is key in this position. 

The ideal candidate is an individual with proven skills in Microsoft Office Suites, customer service minded and a Business Degree is desirable, but not required. Kitchen Design Technician (Dallas)

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Design Technician with 1+ years experience with an Architect or Interior Design Firm to work full-time at our Dallas, TX location.

 

Qualified candidates must have a proven track record in kitchen and bathroom design.  This is a technical design position that requires specialized skills in space planning, customized cabinetry design and a working knowledge of appliances, plumbing fixtures and all other necessary materials.

  • Must be CAD proficient.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable in construction detailing as we provide mechanical drawings to our clients.
  • High-end kitchen and bath design with Italian cabinetry a definite +.
  • Any kitchen/bath certifications are highly valued as are a strong commitment to organization, design execution and customer service.
  • Preferred experience with European cabinet sizes a plus!

If you have a flair for interior design, good color sense, are highly motivated, and would like to work for the leading contemporary home furnishings and design studio in Houston, then we would like to speak with you. The ideal candidate is an individual with CAD experience, strong interpersonal skills, good organizational skills and excellent ability to play a key support role for the design staff.  Our Design Assistants work closely with our design staff to prepare floor plans and design presentations for our clientele, as well as maintain our resource and sample areas.    Design degree is desirable, but not required. General Carpenter (Dallas)

The Carpenter is responsible for the full range of rough and finished skilled carpentry work, including cabinetry. Incumbents work from blueprints, specifications, drawings and instructions to design, build, remodel, retrofit, maintain and repair various types of facilities and structures; inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations; inspect related work by contractors; estimate cost, time and materials for carpentry projects; participate in the maintenance and operation of the carpentry shop.

The ideal candidate is an individual that will lead installation team for projects; design, construct, remodel, retrofit and repair interior and exterior structures made of wood, drywall, plaster, concrete or brick may also repair cabinets, tables, shelves, benches, partitions, flooring, door and window frames, and other types of furniture. May install and repair modular furniture.  Monitor work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal Code Requirements and reports back to supervisor.

Travel and Weekends are required at times.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience completing various types of installations
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience driving a service van required
  • Experience in using various tools for installations needs
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
